1. Information you provide

We may receive information you choose to send us, such as your name, email address, message content, feedback, support requests, and early-access correspondence. Do not send sensitive personal information through general support channels.

2. Files and project data

VitreMold is designed to process imported models and fabrication projects locally in your browser. Unless a feature clearly tells you otherwise and asks for your action, your model files, glass profiles, geometry, and generated project data are not uploaded to Melvin Global. Project files you download or save remain under your control.

Your browser may store preferences and local project state on your device. Clearing site data or browser storage can remove that locally stored information.

3. Information collected automatically

Our hosting, security, and content-delivery providers may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, including IP address, request time, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, and security signals. We may receive aggregated or limited logs from those providers.

4. Advertising and cookies

We may display advertising through third-party advertising partners, including Google AdSense. When advertising is enabled, those partners may use cookies, local storage, device identifiers, IP addresses, and activity information to deliver, measure, limit, or personalize ads, subject to your choices and applicable law.

Where required, we will present a consent or privacy-choice tool before optional advertising storage or personalized advertising is used. You can revisit available choices through that tool. Browser controls may also let you block or delete cookies, although doing so can affect some site features.

5. How we use information

We use information to operate, secure, maintain, and improve VitreMold; respond to inquiries; manage early access; understand service performance; prevent abuse; comply with law; and, where enabled, support advertising.

6. How we share information

We may share information with vendors that help us host, secure, communicate about, analyze, or monetize the service; with professional advisers; in a corporate transaction; or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or prevent fraud and abuse. We do not sell uploaded model geometry because the current browser-only design does not upload it to us.

7. Data retention

We retain correspondence and service records only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legal, security, and operational needs. Locally stored project data remains on your device until you delete it, clear site storage, or remove the relevant browser profile.

8. Your privacy choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have rights regarding targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information. We may need to verify your request and may retain limited records as permitted by law.

9. Children

VitreMold is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

10. International use

Melvin Global is based in the United States. Information processed by us or our providers may be handled in the United States and other countries with different data-protection laws than your country.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no transmission, storage system, or website is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting downloaded project files and maintaining backups.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as VitreMold changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. Material changes may also be highlighted through the service when appropriate.
